My research into the Rounds family has shown that they played an important role within the historical African-American community of southern Adams County, MS during the Reconstruction Era. Their legacy has lived on through their descendants, who include educators, farmers, and entrepreneurs. The ultimate goal of this blog is to inform the family of Charles and Charity Rounds of their history. Additionally, it is a goal to coordinate and host the first family reunion of the living descendants of Charles and Charity Rounds.
